From your first call to a trained nurse in your practice in about two weeks. Your first week costs nothing.
The five steps
Match call
30 minutes. We learn what's falling behind, what you need covered, your EHR and your hours.
Shortlist
We send nurses who fit your practice. Every one has passed our six gates, finished our certification, and had a pre-match call with us.
Interview and choose
You meet the nurses you want on a 30-minute video call. We set it up, then step out so you can ask anything. You choose.
Week one, free
About 10 hours of intake, setup and training on your EHR, at no cost to you.
Scope and sign
We write down what your nurse does, what they prepare for your review, and what stays with you. Hours come from what week one showed. Month to month. A signed BAA is in place before they touch any patient information.
Six gates before we hire
Credentials
BSN degree and active nursing license, verified.
Clinical experience
At least 18 months of hands-on clinical work.
English
Spoken and written English test, including a writing sample.
Clinical skills
Live mock patient calls and scenarios that test clinical knowledge, patient communication and workflows.
References
Two to three references, including a call with a past supervisor or manager.
Final interview
Motivation, fit for a US practice, and another round of mock calls.
Gates 3 and 4 are live, recorded and proctored. No AI shortcuts.
After we hire
Every nurse completes our MVA certification program, EHR certification on our own practice EHR, and HIPAA training, including safe use of AI in healthcare.
Before we match
We check each nurse's home office on video: computer, main and backup internet, backup power, a quiet work area and a working headset. Then we hold a pre-match call before we send them to you.
After you sign
In week two we build a 30-60-90 day plan with you and stay on to help with training. Then you get a three-line handoff every day, a report every week, and a review every month. If the fit is wrong, we find you a new nurse within 3 to 4 days at our cost.
What stays with your physician
Prescribing, diagnosis, signing orders and closing encounters. Your nurse prepares the work for your review and signature.
